Activating your Postural Mechanism is the same as activating your Body Intelligence Guidance as it is an ambassador for your Body Intelligence, itself an ambassador for the Universal Intelligence that created us.

  • It starts as the reflex mechanism babies exercise when in their mother’s belly
  • It continues to develop in normal healthy babies as they go from basic movements they can do at birth to when they finally can walk confidently
  • It is so intertwined to our brain development that if babies skip a phase of that development, like crawling, they will have problems with learning how to read later on
  • Regaining efficient use of your postural mechanism has multifaceted mind/body benefits
  • Regarding the body, it helps increase ease of movement, improved posture, and coordination
