WHAT IS THE FORMAT OF THE COURSE?
The course is divided into 5 parts and each part includes 5 sections: Moving, Writing, Reading, Watching and Living it!

MOVING includes an audio recording guiding you into simple but common movements focused on the topic of the section and module at hand.
WRITING includes worksheets with questions designed to help you integrate the experience of the guided recording movements.
WATCHING includes pictures or short videos relating to the topic covered in each section 
READING is a recap of the material covered and it can include additional information to help you integrate what you have been learning and discovering.
LIVING IT takes your discoveries and learning into your daily life to integrate it more deeply and across the full landscape of your life activities.

WHAT PROPS DO YOU NEED?
For most of the movement audios, you will need a stool or regular flat chair, a yoga mat or a carpeted area, and a full-length mirror.

Also, you will need a paperback book or two to use as a headrest and a couple of pillows could come in handy for arms or leg movements when you are instructed to let them drop to the side.

A hand towel folded lengthwise can be wrapped around the book/s for additional padding although a regular pillow is not recommended.

WHAT ABOUT THE TIMING OF THE COURSE?
Although the course is designed to be done in 10 weeks’ time, two weeks per part, you can take as much time as you need to complete it since you have lifetime access to the material. That includes revised versions of the course in the future. 

Each new part is made available for you every two weeks.

The first of the two weeks in each part is for discovering your unconscious habits and rediscovering a more natural and efficient way of moving. 

The second week is for observing yourself in daily life and reclaiming this natural way of moving so as to decrease the level of excess tension in your life and experience more sustainable wellbeing. This is a great time to use the Facebook community attached to this course. By sharing your experiences, you inspire one another and benefit from each other’s experiences.

Starting and finishing this course with a group of fellow students on the same discovery journey is an opportunity to help each other and to make new friends in addition to your ability to cruise at your own pace through this solo course.

HOW DOES THE COURSE FLOW?
It is best to complete one section before moving on to the next as they build on each other. You must complete each part before you can access the next one. At the end of each part, to help you feel prepared for the next one, make sure to pay attention to the reading section that recaps and, sometimes completes the material covered in the part you are finishing. 

WHAT ABOUT THE COURSE COMMUNITY?
It is best to start the course during the timeframes of its launch. Then, pace yourself within the 10 weeks. It helps you connect with others who are going through the same material at the same time through the private FaceBook page which is created only for people who participate in this course.

On that FB page, during each 10-weeks cycle that the course is being taught, you can enjoy a monthly Q & A FB Live Class with me, Cécile. You can also communicate daily with each other and support each other. Ask your questions on the FB group prior to the Q & A FB Live classes so I can plan to answer you when I go “Live”.
