The movements you do on a daily basis tend to be done on autopilot mode. You do not usually think about how you do them. And that is normally a good thing.

When such movements are creating aches and pain, or even stiffness, it is good to start paying more attention to see what’s going on and what can be done or undone to make things easier for your body to function optimally. So, let’s see what happens for you when you move your head as you go through the guided movement audios coming up.

In these recordings, you are led into a few simple head movements.

First, you observe how you usually do them, then you explore a slightly new angle for the same movements. As you experience the difference between the two, you can decide if you want to take this new way on!

Have fun discovering something new and practical that can help reduce or eliminate your daily neck tension.
