This relationship is what allows you to move up and down in space when above your feet.

Although your sitting bones are no longer the starting point of leaning, what we did before still applies to lean forward as the content of this part will help you discover.

In this guided audio recording section, you are led into a  simple daily movement: getting in and out of a chair and see how doing this differently can change a lot of other daily movement or common exercises such as squatting or “Chair Pose” in yoga.

First, you observe how you usually do this common activity, then you explore a slightly new angle for the same movement. As you experience the difference between the two, you can decide if you want to take this new way on!

Have fun discovering something new and practical that can help reduce or eliminate any strain or pain in your legs’ joints and muscles. Everything you did in this course progressively prepared you for this. So, you’ve got this!

Without further ado, let’s have fun with this movement audio, as you experience increased ease and lightness in a movement that you may usually find heavy or uptight. Click the right button below to access the guided audio for Part 4.
