You may experience occasional or chronic shoulder discomfort, back pain, or even carpal tunnel also known as repetitive stress injury (RSI). Often, all of those challenges are very much connected to how you use your arms in relation to your torso. This part of the course is essential for you if you suffer from any of these aches and pain. If you do not currently deal with these challenges, it is still essential for you to prevent them in the future. Know that, in this course, suggestions to explore a new way to move are made for you to discover the “natural way” for your body to move. Also, although they all have something in common, the natural way is different from the “gentle way” or the “correct way”. The natural way is decided by your body intelligence, not by your educated mind as it has been subjected to widespread misconceptions. And to access your body intelligence, you learn to step out of its way and let it do the movement for you. This way,  your body can function as a whole using only necessary muscle tension, usually barely perceptible in isolated muscles. So, click the button below to see what habits you may have developed unknowingly and then how it feels to let your body intelligence handle your movement to prevent injury and stiffness along with promoting healing when needed.
