The experiences I want to give through the content:

  • letting go of your tension without losing your skeletal height activates your postural mechanism as the released tension reaches your feet and spreads them out organically
  • letting go of your tension that way triggers an up and out direction from the earth which courses through the bones upward
  • letting go of your tension that way turns any exercise into a whole-body exercise which means you are working with your body intelligence instead of fighting with your body
  • that mechanism is designed to handle your best posture, coordination, and balance effortlessly
  • that mechanism is a set of reflexes working together through your joints’ connection to the rest of your body.
