Reclaim Freedom from Head, Neck, and Shoulder Chronic Tension

  1. Observe the daily habits requiring you to turn your head side to side (walking, shopping, driving, some yoga poses, talking to others in a room or office, doing dishes). Add to this list.
  2. Commit to yourself every morning that you will be mindful where you are moving your head from to save your neck (literally)
  3. Make a point every evening to be grateful for each time you become aware of not moving your head the integrated way, and for every time you did it. You can’t change something you are not aware of so both are key to successfully changing habits!
