After spending time daily to observe yourself in action, make a list of 10 situations that gives you an opportunity to activate your postural mechanism and what the outcome of doing so is.

Then, each day of the coming week,  write down in a journal what the situation is, how you usually handle the activity, what changes you have made in the 5 relationships you discovered in this course, and how easy or difficult change has been so far.

Over time, notice how this expanded awareness keeps being part of your life and progressively evolves into a best friend that has your back, literally, always at the tip of your fingers when you are mindful and use what you’ve learned to move with more ease, comfort, and grace.
