After spending time daily to observe yourself in action, make a list of 10 situations that require you to use your torso/legs relationship as you go up and down in space thanks to released hip joint sockets, knees, and ankles joints.

Then, each day of the coming week,  write down in a journal what the situation is (while sitting at the table to eat for instance or getting in and out of your car, doing a specific yoga pose…etc), how you handle this relationship out of habit, what changes you have made, and how easy or difficult that change has been so far.

Over time, notice how, once this journey starts, it keeps being part of your life and progressively it evolves into expanded awareness always at the tip of your fingers when you are mindful to move with more ease, comfort, and grace.
