1) Spend time daily to observe yourself in action. 
2) As you encounter them, make a list of at least 12 situations or movements that require you to use your arms/torso relationship.

3) Each day of the week,  write down in your journal:

  • What the situations were (while eating for instance or while driving, doing a specific yoga pose…etc)
  • How you handle this relationship out of habit 
  • What changes you have made to date 
  • How easy or difficult that change has been so far

Focus on what changed for the better, not what still needs to change. Share your experience with your FB community so everyone can benefit from each other’s experiences.

Over time, notice how, once this journey starts, it keeps being part of your life and progressively evolving as your awareness expands.
