Course & Modules Structure
THE COURSE IS DIVIDED IN 9 PARTS:
The Introduction, 7 Modules with a different number of itemized sections in each,
and the Conclusion.
MODULE 1 covers an illustrated overview of Modern fitness, a definition of integrated functioning, a short humorous video clip, and a guided constructive rest practice with a meditative overtone to regenerate your back and improve your posture alignment.
MODULES 2 to 6 cover the 5 key relationships to develop the integrated functioning that leads to freedom from chronic tension or pain towards optimal wellbeing.
MODULE 7 brings all we covered in the course into daily living.
WHAT ABOUT THE TIMING OF THE COURSE?
The course is designed to be done in 7 weeks’ time, you have 3 days to complete each pre-recorded training module before the Live Group Coaching day; yet, you have unlimited access to the material and you can keep going back to it as often as you want to.
Each Thursday Group Coaching class recording is made available for you every week by Friday.
Starting and finishing this course with a group of fellow students on the same discovery journey is an opportunity to help each other and to make new friends.
WHAT ABOUT THE COURSE COMMUNITY?
It helps you connect with others who are going through the same material at the same time through the private forum page which is created only for people who participate in this course.
The community is an opportunity to ask questions and not feel that you are alone with the course material between classes.
