Cécile Raynor November 23, 2021

The relationship between your head neck and torso is the first one you are going to discover in Part 1. The weight of your head which is about 10 to 15 pounds is balancing at the top of your spine while your whole body is supported by the earth through the size of your feet.

So your upright stance is a complex happening!

When you temper with this delicate balance in various ways, it tends to create chronic tension, aches, and pain. Especially in the head, neck, and torso relationship because it is at the top of your skeletal structure, farthest away from ground support.

Let’s see what is your personal head, neck, torso relationship, and, if need be, how it can improve towards your utmost wellbeing.
