I am so excited about working with you throughout this journey of discovery and learning. It will lead you to greater mind/body well-being and enhanced quality of life through responsiveness instead of reactiveness, through efficient movement, and improved posture.

This course allows you to discover a way to move and behave that brings about more ease, whether you are moving your body or going through the ups and downs of life. It is designed as a transformational journey towards an enhanced version of yourself through “Integrated Functioning” which can spread on a mind, body, heart, and soul level.

This course is for you if you are familiar with chronic tension or pain or simply wanting to improve poor posture. It is also for you if you want to prevent chronic tension or pain which develops over time in people who do not function as the integrated whole they are designed to be. It is especially for you when you have a chronic condition that lingers or reoccur periodically despite daily exercising, including yoga practice. This journey is the first step towards feeling better in your body, improving your posture in an organic way, and even preventing future injuries.

It is a pre-requisite to exercise and yoga practice so you can enjoy any activity with optimal safety and get the maximum benefit they can bring you!
